TABLE TOP :: BLACK & TROPICAL STILL LIFE

For someone, who has an infatuation with tableware, I haven’t posted much about it. I actually enjoy shooting those as it is a fun and creative way to experiment with textures on a smaller scale. It’s an easy way of creating compositions that exude different moods while hoping to inspire others to have fun setting up a fun table.

Moody Summer Inspired Look

This summer has been heavy, dark and moody. My longing for the sun and some tropical vibes have been insatiable. So I decided to put something together that represents my current mood.

Sugar Cannister from CB2

Tea Pot Set from Teavana (currently unavailable)

Salad Utensils from Zara Home (currently unavailable)

Nefretete head  from Flea Market

Black & White fabric is a traditional schal from Cape Verde called Pano Di Terra.
